Mediterranean Rice Salad

(Food)



Ingredients:


1 Bowl of brown rice or basmati rice
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 medium zucchini, sliced ​​½ cm
1-2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
4-lettuce bowl of ice cubes, butter, red leaf (or a combination of them)
2 bowl spinach rough cut
1 Bowl alfalfa sprouts
½ bowl of green olives marinated cloves, sliced


To cook the rice:

Special basmati rice in this recipe, but if not available, substitute brown rice is right.
1 Bowl of red rice
2 ½ bowl of water
1 tablespoon safflower oil meal



How to make:

1. Combine all ingredients into a large saucepan,

Method: Zucchini
