Menu Day 1 - Combination Sandwich for Monday (Food-Lunch)

 

Combination Sandwich

(Food)


Ingredients:

2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted slightly

2 or 3 thin slices of tomato

3 or 4 slices of cucumber

A few slices of avocado

Lettuce or cabbage

Mayonnaise, mustard or butter


How to make : 10 Minutes

In making a sandwich, use bread, condiments and a few thin slices of avocado, tomato and cucumber, or the like. then cover layer topped with a few slices of red cabbage or lettuce. Avoid eating more than one sandwich a day.

Portion: for 1 person.
